Founded in 2012 by Adele Oxberry MIoD FLPI FCFE, Umbrella Training is committed to supporting and inspiring the next generation of hospitality professionals. We provide comprehensive training for individuals who are passionate about building a career in the hospitality and culinary sectors. With a strong record of delivering successful apprenticeship programmes, we help learners gain the skills and confidence they need to excel in their chosen field.

Our programmes are designed to empower people from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential. We are proud to be ranked second nationally for the Commis Chef standard in the 2022 to 2023 period. We are also the only hospitality focused apprenticeship provider to have received the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award twice, in 2020 and 2023.
