International Salon Culinaire
International Salon Culinaire taking place at HRC, Hotel, Restaurant & Catering, is the UK’s most prestigious and largest programme of culinary competitions.
For over a century the competitions have been a platform for chefs of all levels to showcase their skills to the industry, from aspiring young chefs in training to experienced professionals who have already established themselves in their culinary careers. For the next edition they will be returning to ExCeL London from the 25-27 March with a whole host of new competitions, new sponsors, and new judges!
