Town & Country Fine Foods is a specialist supplier of chocolate, pastry and ingredients to restaurants, banqueting and hospitality professionals with next day delivery nationwide. Our extensive range of quality products includes biscuits, chocolates, tartelette shells, chocolate cups, couverture chocolate, praline pastes, purees, mixes as well as other pastry ingredients and chefs’ specialities. We maintain a large stock to enable customers to receive a quick delivery. In addition to the collection of over 1400 products, we can also source new flavours, shapes and styles of products to suit the customers’ requirements whether for a fine dining menu, a banqueting event or afternoon tea. Our customer services team are fully trained on all our products and are available to help you from 9am – 10pm Monday to Thursday and until 5.30pm on Friday but there is an answering machine outside of these hours. We have a large fleet of our own vans and offer next day delivery nationwide. We have a highly experienced national sales team together with a Sales Development Chef, Jerome Dreux, who has 28 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef working in many prestigious hotels and restaurants that are longstanding Academicians and can come on site and help develop new ideas and menus.
