Severn and Wye Smokery is situated on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean between two of England’s most celebrated salmon rivers. It is here that they practice the old-fashioned art of smoking only the highest quality fish. Our factory has BRC version 6 2013 grade ‘A’ accreditation.

Apart from Severn and Wye’s environmental campaign working with schools to restock the rivers with baby eel to ensure a sustainable supply of their English smoked eel – considered to be among the best in the world – Severn and Wye also supplies many of the UK’s top establishments. They have ambitious plans to eventually make their manufacturing operation one with a zero carbon footprint. MSC, Freedom foods & organic certification approved.
