We’ve been dough-obsessed since 2006 and while our Hertfordshire-based bakery has grown with demand, we have stayed close to the dough — the heart of what we do has never changed.

Our croissants are still hand-rolled. Our loaves are still shaped by our bakers’ hands. Many of our breads rest for up to three days before they even see the oven. Every pastry, every sourdough, every roll is the result of patience, care and commitment to choose our ingredients with the same precision as our methods. Our bakery never sleeps.
