The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts AAE Pastry Committee members will demonstrate their take on the showpiece including different techniques that you can use all based on the theme of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

If are arriving by car we will need your car registration number.
The main site is nut-free it is imperative that you do not take nut-based foods with you onto the site.
*You must provide your shoe size and jacket size as you will need to change into safety shoes and high-vis jackets (provided by Barry Callebaut).
