We have developed fantastic relationships with artisan food producers across the globe and are known for our expertise in the cheese sector. We also offer an exceptional range of specialty foods: exquisite Mediterranean products from our Dell’ami range, a complete range of cured meats from the best artisan meat curers in the UK as well as the Continent, and bespoke dips, dressings and sauces made at our Harvey & Brockless production site in Evesham. We work closely with our customers to develop recipes that are exclusive to them. We even have our own Cheese Cellar Dairy based there, making award winning goats cheeses; less than a year from their launch, Ashlynn, Blanche and Clara all won at the British Cheese and Great Taste Awards. Add to that premium Patisserie ingredients from our producers in France; Valrhona, Lescure, Ponthier, Viron and of course the best freeze dried fruit from Fresh As in New Zealand and we have the perfect list of ingredients that chefs can rely on.
